Got up extra early to be ready by 6:30am. International breakfast and we’re off! Brisk morning walk to the People Mover that took us to were our tour bus was located. This day we were headed to Tuscany for wine tasting and a “light” lunch. We walked up to the vineyard followed by these two big Bernese Mtn dogs and received our lesson on wine making and olive oil, both made on the premises. Our meal was meal made with home made pasta and accompanied by unlimited wine. Second course was fresh bread with olive oils, dried tomatoes, olives, meats and cheese. Third course was a dessert wine paired with biscotti. And to finish it off was a shot of Grapo.
